Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 786pkr ("786pkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://786pkr.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, virtual sports and any related promotional activities.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money and bonus funds held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus or other promotional incentive issued by 786pkr to a User.
• "Platform" means the website https://786pkr.cam and all associated mobile-optimised versions, features and services.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting and casino services made available through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, bonus claim or fund transfer conducted via the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required under anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

To register and maintain an Account on 786pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The age of 18 does not, in itself, constitute evidence that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where participation constitutes a criminal offence.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 786pkr.
5. You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether registered through 786pkr or any third-party responsible gambling authority.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or trustee for any third party.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. 786pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

786pkr reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason, subject to applicable law.

786pkr operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards and the requirements of its licensing jurisdiction. Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or equivalent document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your full name and residential address, dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming that the deposit method is registered in your name and under your control.

786pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to restrict Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals and bet placement — pending completion of verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

6.1 Deposits. You may deposit funds into your Account using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of your deposit. Available payment channels are published in the cashier section of your Account and may include familiar Pakistani references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided as contextual examples only and do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and are subject to change at 786pkr's discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and approved. 786pkr will process withdrawal requests within the timeframe published in the cashier, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, unless otherwise approved by 786pkr's payments team.
• 786pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the cashier section.

6.3 Currency. The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where applicable. Exchange rates, where relevant, are determined by 786pkr at the time of the transaction and are not subject to negotiation.

7.1 General. All bets placed on the Platform are subject to 786pkr's applicable betting rules for the relevant sport, league or event. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules in full.

7.2 Cricket Betting. 786pkr offers markets across a wide range of cricket events including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, ICC tournaments and bilateral series. Cricket market types include Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Over/Under, Total Runs, Team Totals, Player Performance and live in-play markets. 786pkr has no official affiliation or partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, ICC or any participating team or franchise.

7.3 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body or, in the case of disputes, as determined by 786pkr's trading team acting reasonably and in good faith. Settlements are final once confirmed.

7.4 Bet Cancellation. 786pkr reserves the right to void or cancel bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical failures affecting odds display, match abandonment, force majeure events, or evidence of fraudulent activity. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the User's Balance.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per event and per market type are published on the Platform and may be updated at 786pkr's discretion. 786pkr will not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on previously published limits that have subsequently been updated.

8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers available on 786pkr are subject to the individual terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a bonus of PKR 1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal is permitted).

8.3 Bonus Abuse. The following are examples of conduct that 786pkr considers to constitute bonus abuse:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements in a manner designed to fulfil the requirement with minimal risk.
• Coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus terms.

786pkr reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds, void associated winnings and suspend any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

8.4 Expiry. Bonuses are subject to expiry dates as specified in individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information at any stage of registration, verification or use of the Platform.
• Attempting to register or maintain more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using or attempting to use the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit pricing errors or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate betting markets or outcomes.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security, geo-restriction or verification system employed by 786pkr.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of 786pkr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, sell, license or sublicense any Platform content to any third party.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame, mirror or incorporate any portion of the Platform into any other website or application.

11.1 The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 786pkr makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, availability or reliability of the Platform or any information it contains.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

11.3 786pkr's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 786pkr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11.5 786pkr is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling. Gambling is inherently risky and 786pkr makes no representation that any betting or gaming activity will result in a financial gain.

786pkr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. We actively encourage all Users to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, to set strict personal budgets and to use the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

The following tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and override any promotional communications.

13.1 By 786pkr. 786pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request.
• Technical, legal or regulatory requirements.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 786pkr reserves the right to retain any funds in the Account as compensation or as security pending investigation.

13.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be reviewed and any real-money balance may be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 786pkr is licensed to operate. You and 786pkr irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits 786pkr's ability to bring proceedings against you in any jurisdiction where you are resident, or in any jurisdiction where any breach of these Terms has occurred.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms are not governed by the laws of Pakistan. Users accessing this Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with Pakistani law, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. This does not constitute legal advice.

786pkr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the Platform, email or other appropriate means.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an updated version of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 786pkr is not obligated to notify Users of every minor update or correction.
